How do I create a buyer account?+
Open Customer, choose secure sign in, then complete your profile and delivery address.
How does a company become a vendor?+
Secure the business email, complete the registration wizard, upload KYB documents and submit the application for administrator review.
What does Verified Supplier mean?+
The Asia Mall administrator reviewed the supplier's submitted company documents. Buyers should still review listing terms and certifications.
How do I request a quote?+
Open an approved listing and select Send enquiry / RFQ. Add quantity, target price, specifications and destination.
Can vendors sell services?+
Yes. Vendors choose Product or Service when creating a listing and complete the fields relevant to that listing type.
How are shipping options selected?+
At checkout, select an approved provider or Asia Mall standard delivery. The final shipping charge is included in the order total.
Can I change language and currency?+
Use the selectors at the top of the website. The final payment currency and total are confirmed before payment.
Where can I track an order?+
Open Customer, then Orders & delivery to see payment, shipment and tracking information.
